We advertise regularly for candidates on the Internet and in national and international newspapers. We attend conferences in many different countries and the biggest education shows in the UK.
Over 50 per cent of our candidates are from the UK. The rest are mostly made up of teachers from other English speaking and non- English speaking countries.
A large number of our teachers are currently working in international schools. Many will have IB, IPC UK, Aus, NZ experience.
We actively promote international schools in the UK. We host seminars across the country each year and we regularly appear in articles about international education.
We check references and police clearance documents and we interview candidates face-to-face whenever possible.
We have teachers on our database for all subjects and age levels.
The vast majority (more than 95 per cent) are native English speakers with internationally recognised teaching qualifications.
